The is no limit to the number of supplies and accessories you can get for your wedding, and many of them are wonderful. It doesn’t matter if you want to do an outdoor theme of some kind, an ethnic theme, or base your wedding day around something like hearts or flowers; you can always find enough plans and products out there to put together a wonderful ceremony and reception. Today, there really are no limits to what you can do for your wedding day. There are so many directions that the lucky couple can go in when they plan out the day they get married. Destination weddings and honeymoons are quite popular. You will have to purchase quite a few things in order to hold your wedding, regardless of the type of theme of style you decide to go with. What I decided to do was go on the Internet and check out what it had to offer in terms of the products and supplies that I would need for the day I got married. The cost was substantially lower and the hassle was less than it would have been if I would have stuck solely to going go to local places. I was able to get everything from our wedding invitations to our beautifully elegant personalized glass wedding favors.
For a surprisingly low price, I picked up a matching set with a garter for the wedding, a basket for the flower girl, a pillow for the ring bearer, and a sign in book and pen for the guests. I picked out some hair accessories, too, such as a pretty wedding comb and a bridal tiara, and there were more than enough options to pick from. I also bought the reception supplies and decorations online and all I had to do was sit and wait for delivery. That sure saved wear and tear on my nerves and my legs, not to mention all the money I saved by ordering a few of the discount accessories. Our wedding cake topper was a unique custom made topper that had the bride and groom figurines look exactly like us. That may be my favorite souvenier from the entire day, and it looked so cool. We picked out crystal-handled cake serving utensils that had the bride and groom engraved in them, and they went spendidly with our champagne flutes that had a similar look to them. We picked out champagne glass wedding favors as an added thank you for our family and good friends. As the basic wedding thank you gift, I ordered shot glass wedding favors for the men on our guest list, and beautiful crystal wedding favors for the women. There was a keychain with a small crystal container on it for perfume that served as the womens’ gifts; that would always have an extra supply of perfume handy to keep them smelling nice. I thought that was a really neat idea. They come packaged in their own little silver boxes with a beautiful bow and matching hang tags. The place card holders for the reception were attractive and unusual as well. They were made of glass and the form of a bunch of grapes, and in the middle was a place for the card to sit. They really added lustre to the reception tables.
I’m so glad I decided on crystal party favors for the ladies, they really enjoyed receiving the lovely little perfume bottles and the guys seemed pretty happy with their glass wedding favors too. I had no idea glass favors could be so popular as a gift until I saw all the selections of gift ideas they had online. It’s pretty nice getting those discounts too, that really helped out on our honeymoon. It’s always nice to have a little extra cash on hand.

Sunday, June 14th, 2009 What better way to say how much you love each other than to plan a beautiful wedding in the month of February, the month of love? That’s what I decided to do, have a ceremony and reception filled with one of the most adorned symbols of love throughout our ceremony and reception party. The first thing I bought was a gorgeous bridal tiara that I picked out over the Internet. There were many wonderful decorations and supplies to choose from, such as the invitiations I bought. The invitations I sent out were little cards with two little silver hearts on the front. It was really elegant looking and the inside was preprinted, so all I had to do was fill in the blanks with all the necessary information of who, when and where.
But that was only the beginning, after I mailed out the invitations I had to start planning the décor and ordering the supplies I would need. On each of the pews I had big red velvet bows with ribbon strung from one pew to the next. The unity candle we used had a design of tiny roses put together to form a heart shape on the front of it, and the rest of the candle decorations made the altar look exquisite. On the scene at the wedding, we put many pink and red roses mixed together, in the floral bouquet that I carried. I even went as far as to have caged doves to be released as we exited the church.
The wedding apparel that would be worn by those who were going to be in the wedding had already been selected. As a flower girl basket, I decided to go with a gorgeous white satin with lovely lace and satin bows on each side. There was a white double hearts wedding themed pillow with a pair of gold hearts on it that we got for our ring boy to use, along with a white ribbon made of satin for the rings. I had a mini tiara for the flower girl to wear in her hair that looked very much like the one I ordered for myself. She did look like a little princess in her lovely little pink flower girl dress, and she did such a super job in the ceremony. With his tiny tuxedo and red boutonniere, the ring bearer boy did as good of a job and he looked just as adorable. When he walked, he didn’t get out of sync with everyone else, and he bore the rings in distinguished fashion. I was so proud of both of them.
The tables that our reception each had a floral arrangement of pink, red, and white roses with small hearts mixed in with them in the center of the table. We placed two hearts wedding candles on each table in order to create the ambiance of romance that I wanted to achieve, and they were accompanied by the what I considered to be the best place card holders available. The wedding favors we got our guests should be a terrific souvenir from our wedding; they had handles in the shape of a heart attached to tiny silver bells. Every layer of our wedding cake was adorned with small red and pink roses, and the bottom section had tiny hearts running all the way around it. There was a porcelain wedding cake topper, colored white, that fit in with our hearts wedding cake and the rest of our cake adornments beautifully.
Our hearts wedding reception was so much fun that we really hated to leave. But before we walked out the door, we were bombarded with well wishers and complimented on the beautiful wedding favor heart gifts we had chose for our guests. I thought they were beautiful too, that’s why I order a couple extra hearts wedding favors for me too. They’ll look great on my living room bookcase.

Thursday, June 4th, 2009When my fiance and I set the date for our wedding, I started planning and shopping for all my accessories and wedding supplies, right away. Since I love to shop online, I decided that was as good a place to start as any. I’m glad I did too, with all they had to offer there was no problem finding everything I needed to plan the perfect wedding and reception. There was everything for our wedding and reception, from invitations to party favors for our wedding guests.
We decided that a lovely theme wedding would be what we would like, and the theme we chose was a beach theme. Our friends and us have spent many days on the beach, since we were kids, growing up here and it seemed like the perfect place for our wedding.
I ordered beach invitations right away so they would be on their way to our friends and family, first thing. Everyone answered with a definite yes, and everyone seemed really excited about sharing this day with us. Now, since the invitations were taken care of, I could concentrate on finding the accessories I wanted for my wedding. I was surprised at all they had to offer for weddings and receptions, and I shop online quite a bit. I ordered the most beautiful tiara and hair comb from there. I also found wedding jewelry that I really wanted to wear for my ceremony. I looked at all the jewelry and found the necklace and earring set I wanted to wear with my wedding dress. It had little pearls and crystals entertwined and gave such a luxurious sparkle to my ensemble.
There was a lot to choose from when it came to the bridal accessories, with so many styles and designs for every type of wedding, including our fantastic beach wedding we were planning. I found the perfect bridal hair accessories to match my wedding dress and all the bridesmaids summer dresses. Even though I decided to go with a long length wedding dress, which probably wasn’t a good idea for a beach wedding, I was still the epitome of bridal fashion. My dress was of a light weight satin material, so it was cool enough for a sunny beach.
Our reception tables were all set up on the beach with tiki torches scattered all around and lights strung up by the make shift dance floor we had. On the reception tables there were seashells and starfish scattered about and place card holders that were adorable little sailboats. As wedding favors I wanted to give them something special from the seaside collection, so I chose the beach themed photo frames for each of them. I think the picture frames I chose were to their liking.
There were tealights and candles to light up our beautifully set bridal table and lovley beach themed flutes for the wedding toast. Our wedding cake topper was especially designed for a beach wedding just as all our other accessories for our reception. We had a cake topper of a young couple holding each other as they walked along the beach. Thanks to all the supplies and bridal accessories I had to choose from, our wedding and reception was everything I had hoped it would be. For those that weren’t into seafood, we made sure we had plenty of steaks and chicken for them. We all had a wonderful time enjoying good food and good music to dance too. If it wasn’t for going on our honeymoon, I never would have left our terrific beach party.
The first thing I had to do when we came home from our honeymoon was get out my wedding guest book I bought online and make out all the thank you notes for the people that shared our wedding day with us. Whenever I want to remember my wedding day, I’ll take out my beach themed photo album and look at all the pictures we had taken.
